About Us: Ivy Studio is a boutique design/build firm specializing in high-end residential outdoor landscapes throughout Eastern Massachusetts. We offer fully integrated design and construction management services, delivering customized, detail-driven spaces that exceed client expectations.

The Opportunity: We’re seeking a self-motivated, team-oriented Project Supervisor with 5+ years of construction or landscape design experience. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in high-end residential work looking to play a key role in a growing, fast-paced company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise construction of luxury outdoor landscape projects ($400K–$2M)

  • Interpret and execute engineered and architectural plans

  • Maintain daily site presence and manage multiple job sites (2–3+ projects)

  • Ensure subcontractor performance and quality control; manage schedules and deadlines

  • Serve as a client liaison, attending meetings with the Project Executive

  • Communicate daily with the Project Executive, providing updates and site progress

  • Perform hands-on support as needed: punch lists, finishes, minor repairs

  • Contribute to overall design execution; design or Landscape Architecture background a plus

  • Oversee elements such as planting, irrigation, lighting, grading, vertical construction and pool/water feature installs

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in construction or landscape project management (budgets of $200K–$2M+)

  • Experience in site layout, grading, and luxury residential construction

  • Familiarity with custom pools, hardscapes, vertical/wood frame construction

  • Degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Construction Management, or relatedfield

  • Proficient with plans/specs; AutoCAD or Buildertrend experience preferred

  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills

  • Knowledge of building codes, wetlands/zoning regulations, permitting processes

  • Spanish or Portuguese fluency is a plus

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel daily to job sites and office

Work Structure:

  • 75% field-based after onboarding period

  • Frequent travel across MetroWest Boston and the South Shore

  • Office located in modern studio space in Canton, MA

  • Mileage reimbursed

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $70-90K per year + performance-based bonuses & profit sharing

The Boston Planning Department's Urban Design division is responsible for crafting and executing a beautiful, human-scale, and inclusive vision for the design of the built environment across Boston. We are currently seeking highly qualified applicants for a Senior Landscape Architect I position. Under the direction of the Deputy Director for Design Review and the Assistant Deputy Director of Public Realm Design, the Senior Landscape Architect I will conduct design review and solve complex landscape architectural and urban design problems, with a special focus on the public realm and issues of climate change. The Senior Landscape Architect I will be a critical member of project review teams, facilitating internal and interdepartmental conversations and communicating clear and actionable feedback, guided by city goals and policies, to project proponents. They will contribute to new and ongoing planning, design, and interdepartmental efforts on resilience, affordability, and equity. The Senior Landscape Architect I will help advance key City initiatives on climate adaptation and the urban forest.
