The jury thought the illustrations were creatively rendered and the narrative of the issues and problems was clear. Successfully navigated between the vision and reality by targeting specific areas. The application lacks any mention of public engagement, however, the project demonstrates excellent attention to the plan's elegant design and to sustainability and resilience.
