We’re looking for a highly ambitious designer who wants to make things — a creative, curious, and self-motivated person who is excited to jump into a fast-moving design studio and contribute across a wide range of project types and scales.

This role is ideal for someone who loves design, communicates clearly, takes initiative, and wants to be part of a collaborative studio culture. The right candidate will be comfortable moving between big-picture concept work and detailed technical production, helping transform early ideas into compelling visuals, clear documentation, and built work.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Creating 3D models, plan renderings, perspective renderings, and presentation graphics

  • Preparing AutoCAD plans, details, and construction document drawings

  • Supporting planting plan concepts and landscape design strategies

  • Participating in concept design, iterative sketching, and studio design charrettes

  • Contributing to internal design conversations with energy, curiosity, and strong visual thinking

  • Communicating clearly and consistently with project teams

  • Prioritizing tasks and meeting project deadlines

  • Attending site visits, documenting existing conditions, and taking site photos

  • Preparing meeting notes for record keeping and team distribution

Ideal candidates should be proficient in:

  • Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and InDesign

  • SketchUp

  • AutoCAD

  • GIS

  • Lumion

  • Zoom

We’re looking for someone who is talented, driven, organized, and eager to grow — someone who brings strong design instincts, a sharp eye, and the motivation to help push good ideas into great work.
