IVY Studio specializes in the thoughtful design and construction management of high-end residential landscapes throughout Eastern Massachusetts. As a boutique design-build firm, we bring a distinctive creative vision, meticulous attention to detail, and a highly personalized approach to every project. From initial concept through final construction, our success depends on exceptional design, seamless coordination, and an unwavering commitment to client satisfaction.
With a growing backlog of exciting residential projects and continued demand for our work, IVY Studio is looking to add an experienced Landscape Project Manager to our close-knit, growing team. This is an opportunity for a motivated, mid-career professional with a background in landscape architecture, landscape construction, or residential construction management to take ownership of projects and play a meaningful role in the continued growth of our company.
Working closely with the Director of Landscape Architecture & Construction, you will lead assigned projects from early design development through construction and final closeout. The ideal candidate combines design sensibility and technical knowledge with strong financial and organizational skills and, most importantly, a hands-on approach to field management.
This is a highly field-oriented position that requires a consistent, active presence on project sites. We are looking for a Project Manager who enjoys being in the field, working directly with subcontractors, coordinating construction activities, solving problems in real time, and taking personal responsibility for keeping projects moving forward. This is not a desk-based project management role. Candidates should expect to spend 50% or more of their working time on active project sites, with regular travel throughout Greater Boston, MetroWest, and the South Shore.
As a growing boutique firm, we value initiative, accountability, collaboration, and creative problem-solving. We need someone who can take ownership, make sound decisions, anticipate challenges, and confidently lead clients, subcontractors, and vendors through the complexities of high-end residential landscape projects.
