We are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead growth across the New England region, focused on our Site & Outdoor product systems.

This is not a traditional sales role. It is a market-facing position responsible for influencing projects early, navigating complexity, and carrying opportunities from concept through realization.

The Role

You will operate at the intersection of design, construction, and manufacturing.

  • Build and influence relationships with landscape architects, architects, owners, and contractors

  • Position Forms+Surfaces solutions early in the design process to shape specifications

  • Navigate projects through bidding, value engineering, and execution

  • Partner internally with engineering, manufacturing, and project teams to ensure successful delivery

  • Develop a deep understanding of regional market dynamics and identify strategic opportunities

The geographic area of the sales territory is New Hampshire, Maine, and eastern Massachusetts, with the vast majority of the sales activity taking place in the Boston area. We are seeking a candidate residing in the Boston Metro or Greater Boston area.

  • Experience is ArcGIS is also beneficial.

The ideal candidate will be involved in every stage of our projects, from early ideas to final execution. You’ll help with proposals, concept design, site analysis, graphics, and construction documents.
