Qualifications
Landscape construction &/or 3–5 years of experience with site preparation and grading, concrete pavers, natural stone &/or masonry work, and job/crew management
Candidates should have hardscape construction experience, with a high level of competency in site layout, grading, blueprint reading, project administration, and problem solving.
Must be well organized, detailed, and highly motivated, and a good communicator
Must have a can-do approach

Co-ordination & supervision of multiple residential installation crews in multiple locations

Illustrative graphics that support the project throughout the various design phases including 2D renderings and 3D modeling and renderings
Construction detailing and AutoCAD drafting of projects ranging from residences to multifamily housing, public parks, and streetscapes
Design collaboration within the Offshoots office and with our many consultants
Graphic layout of reports, proposals, and image books in InDesign
Opportunity for design collaboration and research in planting design, phytoremediation and ecological landscape approaches
Writing project narratives and research summaries
Marketing support on proposals, social media and company website
Flexibility to perform some shared administrative tasks (we are a small firm and all help out a bit around the office)

This individual will serve a key function in leading and providing the planning, designing, and permitting of landscape architecture, land development, and planning projects. Job Responsibilities
Assist discipline leadership with the planning, design and permitting of landscape architecture, civil engineering, land development and planning projects;
Coordinate and work with staff to prepare site work cost estimates, zoning analyses and determine the feasibility of projects based on the analysis of collected data;
Write and review draft reports, including feasibility studies, proposals, and technical specifications;
Plan, schedule and develop task and project budgets. Prepare progress reports and draft change orders;
Perform and manage multiple projects and tasks within specific budgets, schedules, and deadlines. Monitor budgets, schedules, and project timelines. Minimize write-offs by keeping projects on budget;
Provide direct oversight and management of staff and senior staff for specific project assignments;
Coach, train and motivate staff;
Remain current on landscape architecture practices, guidelines, regulations, and best management practices and attend internal training to expand knowledge and skills; and
Perform other duties as requested.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture;
6+ years prior related experience;
Landscape Architecture license in good standing;
Passion for design excellence and the challenges of creating inspiring places in urban environments;
Possess creative and exceptional technical skills in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, Lumion, Illustrator and 3D Modeling;
Strong interpersonal, organizational, verbal and written communication skills;
Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment; and
