The Jury was very excited about this project. Represented emerging practices, great application, very tangible, and could be integrated into public sector work. Excellent graphics that show how it can be applied to different conditions. Provided answers to specific problems, like sourcing and purchasing. The references were very compelling, well-grounded, and had a depth to them that was invigorating.
