Landscape Designer

Alden Laurel is a landscape design, installation, and maintenance company based in West Concord, MA. We have a reputation for lifestyle-driven design of outdoor living spaces that incorporate culinary suites, plunge pools, and saunas woven into natural stonework and layered gardens. Our plant palette draws from native and ornamental species selected for both habitat value and seasonal beauty, composing spaces that are wild-refined, intentionally designed, and functional throughout the year. We believe enduring landscapes are built and maintained thoughtfully, and developed through seasons to feel truly rooted in place.

Our team brings a passion for New England landscapes and an unwavering commitment to horticulture and fine gardening. We work closely with homeowners to design, build, and maintain landscapes that are site appropriate and ecologically sound. From initial discovery meetings through installation oversite, every project is guided by horticultural expertise and an attention to detail that creates enduring landscapes.

Alden Laurel is seeking an experienced Landscape Designer to help shape a growing, design-forward practice serving some of New England's most discerning residential clients.

You'll produce design deliverables, deepen client relationships, and partner closely with our installation and subcontracting teams to ensure what gets built reflects Alden Laurel's design principles.
