Brown, Richardson + Rowe, Inc is looking for a talented and enthusiastic landscape professional to join our team!
We’re looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience (Massachusetts LA registration is a bonus). As a small, collaborative office working in a hybrid environment, we value self-motivated team players who are comfortable taking initiative as well as guiding others, bring a thoughtful design sensibility, have a good sense of humor, and possess a positive outlook toward their work.

Who We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for someone who can communicate effectively with colleagues and clients and coordinate with diverse groups of subconsultants. Our ideal candidate is a well-organized designer with an eye for detail and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet client deadlines. We value clear and concise writing, good verbal communication, compelling presentation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively and effectively with colleagues in a hybrid office culture.
Our ideal candidate will have an eye for design and possess many of the following skills:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited Landscape Architecture program
Enthusiasm for working in the public sector and a love for public work,
High-level proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and LandFX
Proficiency in Sketchup or other 3D modeling software (Lumion and Enscape rendering skills are a plus)
Experience with GIS tools and applications is a plus
Skills in developing compelling and clear graphics
Strong knowledge of plant material appropriate for New England climates
Demonstrated experience in construction documentation including detailing and grading
Experience in construction observation and a strong understanding of sitework
Ability to manage multiple projects, including direct communication with clients and coordination with subconsultants is a plus
Interest in building and maintaining strong professional relationships and contributing to business development, including marketing efforts and proposal writing is a plus
