Landscape Designer
Studio Brownis a landscape architecture studio based in Boston, MA. Originally established 30 years ago as Brown Sardina, Inc., the company transitioned ownership in 2021, ushering in a new generation of leadership. In June of 2026, Brown + Sardina became Studio Brown.
Studio Brown designs vibrant, inclusive landscapes for a wide variety of clients from healthcare, education, and civic institutions to mixed-use, commercial, and residential projects. Regardless of scale or sector, the work is grounded in the same belief: that thoughtfully designed landscapes foster connection, support wellbeing, and strengthen the relationship between people and the natural world.
Our approach is distinctive. We bring rare technical expertise in grading, site planning, and construction oversight, ensuring that bold vision translates into reality without compromise. That combination of creativity and technical precision gives our clients confidence that what gets designed will be visually striking, functional, and designed for long-term value.
We’re looking for people excited about becoming part of a multi-generational collective of designers, planners, and technicians, a small team where seasoned experts and young talent sit side-by-side, sharing ideas and pushing each other forward. The lively, collaborative, and creative energy of our studio directly impacts on the projects we design bold, inviting environments grounded in connection.
