Carson Douglas Landscape Architecture (CD–LA) is a bicoastal, multi-disciplinary design firm with offices in California, Maine, and New York, dedicated to creating timeless, imaginative landscapes that inspire discovery, joy, and balance. We are seeking a highly creative and technically versatile Senior Landscape Designer or Project Manager with 5 or more years of professional experience to join our fully remote, bicoastal team. While our entire studio operates remotely, we are looking for someone ideally based in Maine or New York to facilitate regional collaboration and local site visits. In this dynamic role, you will bridge the gap between bold design vision and flawless execution, leveraging your strong artistic instincts alongside modern design tools—including advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D rendering, and AI-assisted workflows. Beyond the digital workspace, you will act as a central hub for our projects, confidently leading client management and steering work through the construction administration phase to ensure our design intent is beautifully realized on-site.
