Position Overview

We are in a growth mode and currently interviewing for a Landscape Designer/Architect, full-time hybrid; 0-3 years FTE preferred. Our newly constituted landscape architecture studio, led by Michael Radner ASLA, works on a variety of commercial, institutional, municipal, and custom residential projects throughout southern New England. Our clients include real estate developers, private and institutional property owners, government agencies, and allied professionals. We collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and a variety of other professionals, and value the carefully maintained relationships we have developed.

We are seeking an entry level landscape designer/architect to help guide projects from concept through construction. Working under the guidance of senior staff, you will contribute to all aspects of project development including design, documentation, client service, permitting, and construction phase services. We maintain a small, supportive, friendly office environment, with the flexibility to work both at home and in the office.

We have a healthy mix of project types including municipal, mixed-use, multi-family, religious, retail, life science, and custom residential design. We manage a steady stream of projects, small to large, resulting in a never-boring atmosphere which requires you to be light on your feet and to switch gears quickly. Goals of the landscape studio include growing the office by building a portfolio of larger, landscape-focused projects, allowing the ideal candidate to grow professionally in tandem with our expansion, and to share in the rewards of the company’s success. We work closely with our civil engineer colleagues within the office, but also with outside teams of consultants.
